Together with our psychologist, you will explore the difficulties currently in your life and you will come to an understanding of what caused them, what is maintaining them and how to manage any further difficulties moving forward. Our psychologists use evidence-based therapies tailored to help you improve your emotional health. The first session involves an assessment of your needs and you and your psychologist will work together to formulate a plan that works best for you. You will also agree on a schedule moving forward in an effort to work through your difficulties.
